Passover is right around the corner. We’re still celebrating although this Seder will be very different, given that COVID-19 is baring down on the world as we know it.
I’ve put together my favorite Pesach recipes for you so you can have The Best Low-Carb Passover Desserts at your Seder. Because growing up, my Father told me that it’s good to have a little sweetness during times that are bitter.
Another tidbit of positivity during this trying time is that all my recipes are Kosher for Passover. That’s because they do not contain chametz. Not just these low-carb desserts, but every single recipe on this website and in my books.
How are you all holding up? I’m loving the connection I get with you in the comments you leave for me. I hope you’ll keep me posted on how you and your loved ones are doing, especially during the holiday.
While you’re at it, let me know what your favorite Pesach dessert is. And if you make any of my recipes for Passover, be sure to share photos on Instagram and tag me in your stories. Big hugs and Chag Samaech to you all.

This is great – thanks Elana! We’ll be celebrating Passover for the first time as a family this year, so these recipes – and the rest of your Passover recipes – are perfect! Thanks so much :)
Julie, Happy Pesach to you and yours!
Hi Elaina,
Thanks for your wonderful recipes! love and enjoy making and eating one or more of them every day! Sometimes I jump straight to the recipe and do not read your intro. This time, I did read the intro for honey cake and noticed, under your subtitle “What Is Honey Cake?”, that you referred to it as an apple dessert, but I do not see any apples in the recipe. Am I missing something?
Olivia, you are totally right! IDk why I had written that, but am going to correct it thanks to you :-)
Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes. I own all of your books and used your website for our matzo, matzo ball soup, charoset, paleo macaroons and carrot kugel for tonight’s dinner. My first time cooking for the holiday and it may have been our tastiest Passover yet. Thank you!
Robin, thanks bunches for being on this healing path with me and for buying my books! Happy Passover to you and yours :-)
