Diane Fortier says
I made your cheese crackers and they were awesome. How do I store them? Cupboard or freezer? How long do they last?
Elana says
Diane, let cool on the counter overnight, then place in a mason jar and store in the fridge for up to one week :-)
William Leal says
their not cheese crackers???? HELLO?
Annie says
Love these crackers and made them so I can have keto cheese and crackers. I think I may have stored them too soon and they have softened. Would you recommend to bake them lightly to re-crispen?
Elana says
Annie, this happens to ours rarely, but when it does, I put them back in the oven, but do not turn the oven on. I turn the oven light on. This crisps ’em right up :-)
