Keto Dessert with Stevia

I haven’t experimented with using other sweeteners in place of stevia in this bread recipe so not sure how that would work, but if you do experiment please let me know how it goes. If you’re looking for more keto desserts with stevia check out my Mint Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs.

  1. Hello
I am going to make this bread tonight. Sounds sooooooooooooooo good. Question? What else
can you do with egg white protein power?
    Thanks,
    Rhonda

    • Yadi, it shouldn’t be too dry. Did you make any changes to the recipe, substituting any ingredients? Happy to help you figure this out!

  2. Hi, I’m really excited to try this recipe but I have an egg allergy – I’ve swapped out eggs using an egg replacement in other Keto recipes with success. Should I use more egg replacement here or just an equal amount of replacer for this particular recipe? Anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

  3. So excited to try this receipt. I have been gluten and dairy free for over 20 years.
Can I use brown sugar in the raw instead of stevia? If so, would it be 1 teaspoon full?
    Thanks so much,

  4. What if I do not have the egg white protein powder? Will I be able to use something else in place?

    • Briana, thanks for your comment! Since that is one of the most important ingredients in the recipe, I would not recommend doing so :-)

  5. I love your blog, Elana’s Pantry! I was new to the Keto lifestyle a few months ago. It was really hard for me to stay on top of the dos and don’ts. Your blog really helped me to still enjoy my food, and especially to stay on top of my eating decisions. For the new year I made a different sort of resolution- to eat tasty things! I tried this recipe and it was to die for.

  6. Hi, I would like to ask what will be the best alternative of cream of tartar coz I don’t have it?

  7. Hi! I can’t wait to make this. Do you have an estimate for a carb count? :-) Can I use almond flour if it doesn’t say “blanched?” Thank you! Love the new site.

  8. Hello Elena,
I do not have a Food Processor so can I do this recipe the old-fashion way,i.e. mixing in a large pottery bowl?
( this question is just for me as I’m sure everyone these days has a food processor/Cuisinart!)
    Thank you.

(a connection: I’m originally from Berkeley, then early Vail for 30 years, then Boulder)

    • Eve, thanks for your comment! I haven’t tried that so not sure. If you experiment please stop back by to let me know if it worked :-)

  9. I do not like aftertaste of stevia. I will try liquid monk fruit although from what I heave read, is a bit sweeter so will use less. Will let you know how it turns out!
