  1. I made a version of this smoothie this morning. I used Lily’s dark chocolate, and 2 TBSP vital proteins collagen peptides, because egg whites are so inflammatory for the body. I skipped the chia seeds as well, and added a drop or two of peppermint extract. Delicious smoothie! Loved it for a morning treat that I didn’t need to feel guilty about. :)

    This shake is super yummy, and it kept me full all morning. There are a lot of keto shake recipes on the web, but they do not look too appealing. This shake makes me feel like I was cheating! Thank you for all of your hard work.

  3. Can I substitute the egg white poweder for regular vanilla protein powder? As well as for the coconut can I use regular almond milk ?
