Which are your fudgiest brownies
Elana says
Sheryl, for the fudgiest go with my Keto Brownies or Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies and pull from the oven a few minutes early when the batter is still pretty jiggly in the center, they’ll set up after they cool and be even fudgier. Stop back by and LMK what you decide to make :-)

Greetings Elana, Can you tell me the effects coconut sugar has on a diabetic body? I have heard it will not raise or “spike” the blood.
I currently use Stevia Leaf Powder with very good luck. If 1/2 cup regular sugar is use the you substitute 1/4 cup Stevia leaf (half) and yo7u also add 1/3 cup Greek yogurt to replace the “volume” you loose in the recipe. Any information you might know will bw greatly appreciated.

Laura, at this point I try to avoid all sweeteners (including coconut sugar) other than stevia as much as possible to keep my blood sugar low. I do have an occasional treat but save most of my carb calories for veggies and low-glycemic fruits like berries. You might like this Keto Brownie recipe:
