That’s why I created my Biscuits with Almond Flour recipe.

Smother them in gravy, or make beautiful little strawberry shortcakes. Keep reading as I share those recipes below.

    • Terry, I leave them out to cool overnight, then place in a glass pyrex dish with the lid on and keep in the fridge for a couple of days :-)

  1. Have you ever tried the Kirkland brand almond flour? I’ve had some issues and I’m wondering if this is why. Thanks for all the amazing recipes!

  2. When I bake your amazing Biscuits they “melt” on the cookie sheet instead of staying “biscuit”shaped. Any suggestions? I follow the recipe step by step.

  3. Hi there Elana…I was wondering if u have any egg free recipes? I have a horrible digestive issues especially to eggs! I was wondering if I could use flax eggs in some of your baking recipes, especially your breads? Thank you!

  4. These biscuits are bound to become a staple in our home. The recipe is lovely for its simplicity. I can easily imagine making these with variations. The only substitution I made for our first go was to use butter. Delicious!
Like some others, I didn’t roll the dough. Using an old ice scooper, I scooped mounds onto the baking sheet, then used the side of a knife to flatten them slightly.
    Thank you!

    • Amy, thanks for appreciating the simplicity of this recipe. My goal for all of the recipes here and in my three cookbooks is 1) delicious 2) simple 3) healthy and I won’t share/publish a recipe unless it meets those criteria :-)

  5. These are sooo good. I added bacon bits to the first batch. Yum!!! Just made some with bacon and chives. DE-LISH! Great recipe for morning biscuits too… eggs on top of halves, eggs benedict, etc. They’re also great with soup.
