Notes
Cranberry Orange Biscuits are an easy baking recipe that is mother-in-law approved. My MIL is a fabulous critic and foodie and I made this recipe for her several times until it was just right so that she would have a great Thanksgiving breakfast recipe to serve her guests.
This healthy recipe is a cross between a scone and a biscuit. After you make it, please leave a comment and let me know if you think I named it correctly. Happy baking!

Recipe lists 1/4 cup coconut flour and says it yields 6 biscuits using 1/4 cup scoop to drop the biscuits on parchment paper.
Something must be wrong with the amount of Coconut flour listed. What is the correct amount?
Elana says
Mary, the correct amount of coconut flour is one-quarter cup. For more on that go here:

I would like to make your cranberry orange biscuits, and want to use the same brand of cranberries, but it doesn’t come up on the Amazon link. Some things do and some don’t. I would like to know which brand you use. Thanks!
Elana says
Paulina, I just checked the link for the dried cranberries and it is working :-)
