Hi Elana
Can I use cacao nibs for this dessert and any others with chocolate in?
Many thanks
Elana says
Helliem, I haven’t tried that, but IDK that it would work.
Helliem says
I just read on the tin of cacao nips that they don’t melt
So I didn’t use them
Many thanks for writing back

Helliem, you’re welcome!

Loving your recipes Elana. Question? Is there a substitute for citric fruits in your recipes as my skin breaks out with anything citrus. Lemons, limes, oranges, manderines and the like will lead to a new batch of pimples. I have had this problem all my life and it is still a problem.
Elana says
Julie, thanks for your comment. I’m not sure about recommending a blanket sub for citrus fruits. I’m so sorry, I wish I could be of more help :-)
