This hearty paleo salad recipe has 6 healthy ingredients and is a breeze to throw together. All you need is raddicchio, frisée, an apple, walnuts, olive oil, and vinegar. We serve it with my Perfect Roast Chicken recipe for a delicious paleo dinner.
I love serving this salad for weeknight dinners because it’s so easy to make. I also serve Radicchio Salad with Frisée and Apples at dinner parties and during Jewish holidays since it’s so colorful and festive. This healthy paleo side dish is a wonderful High Holiday salad, and also great at Passover.
This paleo salad recipe is based on an amazing salad that I had at Frasca, a fabulous restaurant in downtown Boulder. Their salad had salami. In this salad recipe I replaced the salami with walnuts so that this would be a vegan paleo salad for those that don’t eat meat.
These paleo dinner recipes are great served along with this Radicchio Salad with Frisée and Apples:

I was hoping you’d have a fun salad soon. You remaining my number one food blogger!
Thanks Hannah!
This salad makes my mouth water. Wish I didn’t already have my fridge stuffed with produce or I’d come up with a way to add this to the meal plans for this week!
Can’t wait to make this one! It was great meeting you on Saturday. Was wondering what you were eating/drinking?:) My 11 year old daughter made Purple Velvet Torte for a third time. We like to serve it and ‘trick’ people. Hope you have a great week!

That looks so deliciously fresh! (I just ate half a block of Lindt 90% in one go, so my body is absolutely craving vegetables right now… :P)
