I have a new favorite green juice recipe. Although I’ve never done a full on green juice diet or green juice detox, I think that green juice has major benefits and drink it several days every week. I feel so healthy when I get a big bowl of vegetables into my diet, in liquid form, in addition to the veggies I eat all day long.
I found a mojito green juice recipe over on one of my favorite websites, Dr. Frank Lipman. The recipe on his site calls for spinach, I’ve changed it up a bit by using parsley instead. Whichever way you make it, I think you’ll find this green juice completely refreshing, and you’ll feel wonderful after you drink it.
While I used to have a Green Star juicer, I found that it took quite a long time to push the vegetables through and even longer to clean it. I recently switched over to this Breville juicer and am absolutely in love with it. It’s so easy to use that I juice several times per week, even when I’m on the go.
Here are some of my other favorite juice recipes:

Do you peel the lime or just toss it in?
I saved this recipe until I had time to try it. This morning I decided that I would like to make juice. Fortunately between my fridge and garden, I had everything for this recipe, except that my apple wasn’t green. It’s a very nice, refreshing drink!
LOVE this!
Looks delicious! I don’t have a juicer either so I’ll be using a blender. I guess it will retain more of the good stuff :-)
Wow, looks delicious. I can’t decide between this one and citrus-smash, probably I try out both…
Your photography is beautiful. I tried taking a picture of a green juice one time, and it was awful. Hats off to you!
This looks so refreshing–we’re having a hot day here and I am almost salivating thinking about some cold green juice!
Love these recipes, thank you! I don’t have a juicer so I just put the ingredients in my blender with some water and 1-2 ice cubes, blend up and drink down.
What speed do you juice the greens – parsley etc on? Thanks
Elana thank your for this yummy one I cant wait for. I’ve been adding kale to my protein powder in my Vitamix and never had a juicer. Does anyone know if juicing or Vitamix is a healthier version to drink?
I was told that using the Vitamix is better because you get fiber. I love my Ninja but I also adore my Jack LaLane juicer!!! I also use protein powder in my Ninja, but veggies is there can’t be beat!! I love my green grape, kale, cucumber, lime, green apple and mango smoothie in the evening. Especially when it is hot!!
I really want to try to make Mojito for my self by only seeing the picture. Looks like very delicious and healthy. Thanks for the recipes.
