This is wonderful, thank you! I too have always been curious about Starbucks Pumpkin Latte, so I recently decided to try one. I was skeptical that it would be too sweet, so I asked for only half the normal amount of pumpkin syrup. It was still too sweet, but at least now I know that I don’t like it.
But your recipe is delicious, I made it with decaf coffee. Thank you!

This sounds Amazing! I haven’t any coconut milk in the house, and today is my grocery shopping day – I know what I need to add to the list. Thank you!

I made a single serving of this using regular coffee from my french press, and it was great! Saves me from a post-Starbucks guilt trip, thanks!

Sounds yummy. If anyone is intimidated or too pressed for time to fiddle with the dandelion & chicory, check out the selection of Dandelion-based herbal coffees from Teeccino, available at natural foods stores, Whole Foods, & online at http://www.teeccino.com. I also just tasted their Pumpkin Spice & it’s fantastic with coconut milk as Elana recommends. (NOTE: Pumpkin Spice contains barley.)

This looks sooo amazing, I need to find the stuff to make or find already made dandelion root coffee. I want to try it badly, I have heard such good things.

Traditional Medicinals brand Tea has a dandelion root that is very good. And the tea bag business makes it oh so easy to brew. That’s my go to when I feel like I need to either stimulate my liver or just break away from coffee for a while but still want that dark, bitter, satisfying-ness.
Bethany says
Is it possible to achieve the delicious taste with JUST the dandelion root tea instead of the dandelion root coffee recipe you have for this drink?
