When Magic Spoon created low-carb breakfast cereal I was able to get back on the cereal bandwagon. This keto cereal has only 3 grams net carbs per serving and a whopping 12 grams of protein. I think it’s a great Keto Snack as well as a fantastic dessert.

Hi Elena! I not only enjoy your blog, but I thoroughly enjoy many of your recipes as well! I just made the Chocolate Fudgesicles and they are AMAZING! I can’t believe how few ingredients are in something so delicious!
I haven’t tried Magic Spoon cereal yet, but I’ve seen it in the store. I think I’d try Chocolate flavor first, or Peanut Butter if they have it. I’m always looking for a gf, low sweetener cereal. The ingredient list for Magic Spoon seems to fit the bill.
I’m gf by choice, rather than necessity, and I feel so much better when I stay away from gluten.

Hi, I can’t find anywhere what the “natural” sweetener blend is. I am not as anal and hard core anymore about my 6 year dedication to paleo lifestyle albeit I am about knowing the exact source of all I ingest. Would you be able to let me know the exact ingredients for the sweetener blend? I’m pretty sure the “natural” flavor content won’t be publicized. I am anxious to try this Paleo-ish cereal since I now allow myself small amounts of dairy. Thanks Elena!

I just read your email and ordered seasonal magic spoon cereal. If I had space, I would have gotten one of each flavor. I have been looking for cereal since I started Paleo years ago – there is none in Memphis,Tennessee – so I only get cereal when I make it which is not often.
