I like to serve this delicious Orange Ginger Sauce with the gluten free Chicken Fingers from my book, The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. It’s sweet enough that my children enjoy it and gingery enough for me –a perfect condiment for the entire family. I also like to dip steamed broccoli into this sauce. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!
With all of the cold weather we’re having here in Colorado, I’ve been relying on ginger quite a bit in my cooking. In addition to this sauce, I’ve had a pot of my Ginger Licorice Tea on the stove just about every day over here. Yesterday I changed it up and made a big pot of Soothing Chai. These spicy drinks are keeping me warm in the bitter cold of this Colorado winter.

Just made this dressing for dinner and had it on spinach, bacon salad w/ scallops. It was so good, I actually drank the left over dressing from the bottom of my salad!

Hmm. Maybe I’ll try this sauce on a big bowl of steamed veggies sometime soon. My husband is vegetarian, and I usually can’t be bothered to cook two different things so for suppers I just do a gluten free vegetarian something or other. This sauce will be a nice change from the overly salty gf soy sauce we usually use over steamed veggies. Thanks!

so glad this sauce is soy-free as well! going to bookmark this and give it a try.
thanks, elana…

Yum! Chicken fingers and a dipping sauce are definitely things we miss on a gluten-free diet. I was dreaming of buffalo wings for dinner, but this looks more realistic for tonight. I might add some paprika and chile powder to the “breading” and see how that turns out.

Absolutely Lovely, will just have to try this out

This recipe looks great – am going to try it tonight w/ oven roasted cod fish sticks. Looks like it would go great with a spinach salad too (think I’ll make that for dinner also). Thanks for saving us from another boring meal!
