If you’re missing cereal on your Keto Diet, I have just the thing for you! Magic Spoon has come out with new flavors. The boys were home for the Jewish Holidays and were my taste testers. In addition to my stamp of approval, everything I share here has to have theirs. And that stamp was granted!
Magic Spoon Low-Carb Cereal
As I’ve mentioned before, this is the only cereal I buy. Mr. Pantry and the boys love it and were thrilled to get new flavors.
Low-Carb Cereal
When Magic Spoon created low-carb breakfast cereal I was able to get back on the cereal bandwagon. This keto cereal has only 3 grams net carbs per serving and a whopping 12 grams of protein. I think it’s a great Keto Snack as well as a fantastic dessert.
Gluten-Free Cereal
I hadn’t eaten cereal since I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1998, but this low-carb, gluten-free cereal has been a game-changer for me.
Magic Spoon Keto Cereal Flavors
Now, we have ten amazing flavors to choose from. I didn’t think I’d ever eat cereal again! I love that I can have a crunchy snack that’s high in protein without an ingredients list that is two miles long.
- Peanut Butter
- Blueberry Muffin
- Fruity
- Cinnamon Roll
- Cocoa
- Frosted
- Chocolate Chip Cookie
- Birthday Cake
- Honey Nut
- Maple Waffle
What’s Your Favorite Flavor?
My favorite Magic Spoon flavor is frosted, but I’m a vanilla lover. The boys love chocolate, and we all adore the new flavors too. Cinnamon Roll has me feeling rather cozy right now.
Keto Milk
Cereal isn’t complete without its other half, milk. I’m here to help you find the best milk for keto.

I haven’t tried that many and am surprised at all the new flavors!! I was a fruit loop fan as a child and love the fruit one! Reminds of the good ol’ days before celiac!!! Thanks Elana!!

Thank you so much for letting us know about the new Magic Spoon flavors! I went gluten and sugar free over 10 years ago, and started following your journey and recipes around that time. I found Magic Spoon through Thomas DeLauer’s YouTube channel about a year ago, and it has become a mainstay in my diet, especially since there are very few cereals made without refined sugars. I’m really looking forward to trying the blueberry and cocoa-PB flavors! Keep up the great work!

Is this the right spot to enter your drawing for Magic Spoon and your cookbook. I never heard of Magic Spoon before. How wonderful. I rarely eat cereal as most gluten free, low or no sugar versions are not that good. Hope to try the Pumpkin Chai – which is a close tie to the Cacao Peanut Butter.
Thanks for the posting. I follow you every week. Love your tips and recipes. Hope you are doing well. I still have not found a solution for the breast discomfort. Any luck at your end.

I can’t find where to sign up on the Magic Spoon site to enter your “contest”. I’m a regular orderer. (it’s showing up at Sprouts at good price). But I need your Cupcake cookbook! I have the others.

I love Magic Spoon but as a long time low-carber on a budget, I have to think of it as a treat food. Also because to me, it tastes too sweet if I eat it straight and sometimes stalls my weight loss. That said, it’s a wonderful treat, and I love putting a sprinkle on top of my daily yogurt. It’s also great combined with nuts and unsweetened chocolate and sometimes pork rinds (yes!) in my homemade granola. That last helps temper the sweetness even more. My favorite Magic Spoon is frosted, but if they ever get a less sweet flavor, or a savory flavor like macaroni and cheese, I’ll change my preference in a heartbeat.
