My Ginger Lime Mocktail is made with 4 ingredients total! This drink marries spicy, healing fresh ginger with tart lime to make an incredible drink.
What is a Mocktail?
Ginger Lime Mocktail = Liquid Superfood
This sparkling zesty drink trades alcohol in for a liquid superfood. The ginger is full of anti-oxidants, good for digestion, and is also anti-viral and anti-fungal. The lime juice is packed with vitamin C and bioflavonoids. So instead of taxing your liver, you’re filling yourself up with anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Perfect for Your Healthy Celebrations
I make this easy, healthy mocktail whenever we’re celebrating, but it’s so healthy you can drink it everyday! I love using health boosting ingredients like ginger and lime in my easy paleo recipes!

Sounds delicious and refreshing for this hot weather! Wonder if I couldn’t use a packet of Sun Crystals instead of straight stevia?

Vicki, thanks for your comment! I haven’t tried that so not sure :-)

FREEZE YOUR FRESH GINGER~ it is sooooooooo easy to grate when it’s frozen solid, and then it never goes bad either ((*:*)) that way we can buy huge amts of organic ginger on sale, and freeze it for use later.
YUM I LOVE THIS MOCKTAIL, thank you MUCHO!!!!!!! annie

Love this! My summer drink used to be lemon ginger martinis with ginger simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. I can’t tolerate the sugar or the alcohol anymore, so this is perfect!
Elana says
Michelle, thanks for letting me know this is perfect!

I’m also a non-alcoholic girl, but love mocktails as such. Great flavor combos. A must try for summer!

Thanks Kiran!

I bet that would be really good with a dash of maple syrup or agave instead of the stevia. Of course, I’m a cocktail girl, so I can imagine it with other additions. Fresh ginger in drinks is fantastic.

Thanks Zebe!

Yum. That looks like it would be delicious with Thai food. And a great way to use those funky margarita glasses that I got as a wedding gift… and have yet to use.

Thanks Eden!

Hi Elana,
love this drink and went to the link for orange cocktail. Noticed your son helped out and so I have a question (sort of seems crazy) what kind of stool and how tall is it so your kiddos can help you? I am asking because my older son (8) has autism and I would never allow him in the kitchen because of safety reasons, but I think my 4 year old would love to be in the kitchen but I don’t know where to being, I thought a stool would be a good place, so that’s why I asked about what they used to stand on to help you. Thanks for the inspiration!!! Tracy

Tracy, thanks for your comment! I used a kitchen chair for the boys when they were little :-)
