Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry Published

I am thrilled to announce that my new cookbook, Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry, came out today, June 18th, 2013.

To share my enthusiasm about the Paleo, grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nightshade-free recipes in this new cookbook, I will be doing the following events:

Thursday June 20th, 6:30 pmSur la Table, Boulder

Cooking class and Q&A session –we will make recipes from Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry, including Mojito Mocktail, Mustard Salmon Fillet, Avocado Kale Salad, Paleo Bread, and Mint Chip Ice Cream. There are still a couple of spots left, sign up here.

Saturday June 22nd, 1 pm

Alfalfa’s, Boulder

Book signing and demo with free samples of Breakfast Sausage, Primal Coleslaw, and Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Wed June 26th, 7:30 pm

Boulder Bookstore

Discussion and book signing

  1. Hi Elana! Congratulations on your new book! This is so exciting! I pre ordered your book and got it on the day it came out, and I must say, this is an absolute BEAUTIFUL book! What I love about your recipes is that they are so simple with very few ingredients! Having a talent like that is something I wish I had! I have already made a few things in the new cook book, but my favorite has to be the Basil Cream Sauce!! It was absolutley amazing! Im having it for lunch today with my Kelp noodles! You are truley an amzing person, and cook! I look forward to see all you future creations! God Bless!

  3. I was another lucky one to receive my copy in the mail today :) It looks so good!
    It’s getting really hot where I live so wasn’t sure if I would use it right away but there are so many good recipes to try–I think the Flourless Chocolate Brownies need to be made today-hot or not.

    I’m certain this will be my go-to on many meals and treats.

    I was so excited when my preordered copy came in the mail today! We love your Almond Flour cookbook so much that we knew we would love this one! I am sure that our new book will become as dog eared and sticky as the Almond Flour cookbook we have now! I am planning on making our next weekly menu around the recipes in this new book so we can try as many new recipes as possible.
    I will be in Boulder in early August when my husband is doing the Ironman race there. Any chance you will be doing an event during that time? Would love to meet you face to face :) Thanks for your wonderful blog and books!
