Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry Published

 

I am thrilled to announce that my new cookbook, Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry, came out today, June 18th, 2013.

To share my enthusiasm about the Paleo, grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nightshade-free recipes in this new cookbook, I will be doing the following events:

Thursday June 20th, 6:30 pmSur la Table, Boulder

Cooking class and Q&A session –we will make recipes from Paleo Cooking from Elana’s Pantry, including Mojito Mocktail, Mustard Salmon Fillet, Avocado Kale Salad, Paleo Bread, and Mint Chip Ice Cream. There are still a couple of spots left, sign up here.

Saturday June 22nd, 1 pm

Alfalfa’s, Boulder

Book signing and demo with free samples of Breakfast Sausage, Primal Coleslaw, and Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Wed June 26th, 7:30 pm

  1. I have looked at a lot out there… I really think your recipes are great and thanks to people like you- educating those of us beginning. I recently read about negative effects of almond flour. I was so hopeful to do gluten free and lower carb with almond flour- any comments???

  2. Can someone that has this cookbook let me know if there are there pictures with each of the recipes? (I am a new cook, so I like to see what the recipe is suppose to look like) :) I find I don’t use any of the cookbooks I buy if there are not pictures. So just wanted to check before I purchase this one :)
