I have looked at a lot out there… I really think your recipes are great and thanks to people like you- educating those of us beginning. I recently read about negative effects of almond flour. I was so hopeful to do gluten free and lower carb with almond flour- any comments???

Can someone that has this cookbook let me know if there are there pictures with each of the recipes? (I am a new cook, so I like to see what the recipe is suppose to look like) :) I find I don’t use any of the cookbooks I buy if there are not pictures. So just wanted to check before I purchase this one :)

Congrats! Your book arrived on Saturday, and on Sunday, I made BAGELS! They were so delicious and satisfying and easy to make. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to cook my way through the rest of the book!

I had mine on pre-order and received it a few days ago. Another stellar collection of recipes, Elana. Thank you! Your evolution has become my culinary revolution. I can’t wait to try out the new book!

Hi Elana! Congratulations on your new book! This is so exciting! I pre ordered your book and got it on the day it came out, and I must say, this is an absolute BEAUTIFUL book! What I love about your recipes is that they are so simple with very few ingredients! Having a talent like that is something I wish I had! I have already made a few things in the new cook book, but my favorite has to be the Basil Cream Sauce!! It was absolutley amazing! Im having it for lunch today with my Kelp noodles! You are truley an amzing person, and cook! I look forward to see all you future creations! God Bless!

Cannot wait to get your book! I’ve had it pre-ordered since February!!! :) Your Almond Flour Cookbook has made many wonderful meals at my house! Thank you for all that you do!

I was another lucky one to receive my copy in the mail today :) It looks so good!
It’s getting really hot where I live so wasn’t sure if I would use it right away but there are so many good recipes to try–I think the Flourless Chocolate Brownies need to be made today-hot or not.

I’m certain this will be my go-to on many meals and treats.

Wishing you much success with it!

I was so excited when my preordered copy came in the mail today! We love your Almond Flour cookbook so much that we knew we would love this one! I am sure that our new book will become as dog eared and sticky as the Almond Flour cookbook we have now! I am planning on making our next weekly menu around the recipes in this new book so we can try as many new recipes as possible.
I will be in Boulder in early August when my husband is doing the Ironman race there. Any chance you will be doing an event during that time? Would love to meet you face to face :) Thanks for your wonderful blog and books!

Congratulations! Such a wonderful collection! Pre-ordered mine and have it in hand now :-) Trying not to drool too much; makes the recipes hard to read. Thank you for all your wonderful work! The wait was worth it.

Today is my birthday and it was a great surprise to get my amazon package in the mail with your new cookbook. It had been so long since I’d pre-ordered that I’d forgotten about it! A little gift to myself :). I’ve skimmed through and can’t wait to try out everything. On an editing note…page 2 says that due to friends with nut allergies you greatly increased your recipes with nuts. I’m pretty sure that you are a fabulous friend who actually decreased the number of nut recipes! Good luck with the new cookbook!

Just ordered mine from Amazon! I have your first two cookbooks – thank you! – and they have been huge hits. The chocolate-banana cupcakes with the vegan chocolate ganache frosting have been SUCH a huge hit at three different parties this month (for kids, no less, and you know how picky kids are) that I’ve been making them in double batches.

I love your recipes! Keep ’em coming! :)

  13. Kristin says

Mine arrived today! It looks great and I can’t wait to try out all the recipes.
Thanks for all of your cookbooks.

  14. Mina says

YAY!! Congrats! I get my book today, super excited. I love your recipes. My kids love them all as well. Hoping to get down to Boulder for the book signing. Thank you for all your hard work, it makes mom’s like me able to give our kids and family good food with food allergies. This is such a blessing.

I actually got my copy on Saturday via USMail! I am making your lemon rosemary chicken tonight for dinner along with Cauli-Rice!
I love that your ingredients are simple and each recipe uses “already in my pantry” ingredients as I’ve followed grain-free, gluten free eating for several years. I appreciate your work. I also own your Almond Flour cookbook that use on a regular basis.

  16. Alicia says

Elana – I’ve been following your blog for a few years now and have become paleo in the last year. Your recipes have become a staple in my life. I am so excited for your book!! :)

Congratulations on your new book! I can’t wait to get my hands on it! I am trying to reduce/eliminate grains from my diet and look forward to experimenting and new/unfamiliar ingredients. Thanks! Maybe someday you can come to Boston!
