This paleo cookbook contains a collection of close to 100 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Although counting calories and macro-nutrients is not a practice I follow, many on the Low-Carb Diet and Keto Diet do so. I’ve received amazing feedback about this book. By providing nutrition information I’m giving additional value to my loyal customers.
Because there are so many low-carb recipes that are Keto Diet friendly in this paleo cookbook, I’ve also provided the ratios of fats to protein and carbohydrates combined, which is the standard practice for calculating macro-nutrients on the Ketogenic Diet.
