This easy vegetable stir-fry recipe has just 5 ingredients –Napa cabbage, mushrooms, oil, garlic, and salt. Don’t let the simplicity of the recipe fool you though, because it’s not just easy to make, it’s delicious too! Better yet? This is a super healthy vegetable stir fry recipe!
I like to serve this Napa cabbage with Shiitake Mushroom dish with my Paleo Chili Chicken recipe.
When I make this dish, I buy around one-half pound of shiitake mushrooms and a small head of Napa cabbage that also weighs around one-half pound. If I can’t find a small head of Napa cabbage, I weigh out one-half pound of cabbage when I get home and use that in this stir-fry recipe. I then save the remainder of the Napa cabbage for another use. I love adding thinly sliced Napa cabbage as noodles in my Bone Broth recipe. It’s a wonderful treat any time of year!
