My Kindle had your new cookbook delivered last night around 11 pm..I am just going through it and printing out the wonderful recipes…so far I will be making the pancakes, the crepes, the hot cereal, the cran-apple power bars, the colorful winter salad and the dandelion greens…

I love the format and the simple mostly one page recipes…
It is a wonderful new Paleo cookbook! I have your other cookbooks and regularly make your recipes…
    Thank you so much!

I am looking forward ot seeing the new cookbook. You have inspired me to experiment and try new baking methods. I recently learned I am non celiacs wheat allergic. I discovered your site in 2011 when I was searching for baking alternatives to lower my carbs due to diabetes… once I began eating nearly wheat free I began feeling much better, but noticed that when I consumed wheat I would have a skin reaction as well as some minor digestive issues… my Dr confirmed my suspicions and now am totally gluten free. And best of all it was easy since I had been nearing that stage any way. Thanks for your fab. recipes.

I really enjoy your recipes. Silver Dollor Pancakes and “Rye” bread or my favs. I thought once I gave up grains I would not be able to enjoy rye bread and pancakes but thanks to you recipes I make them often. Thanks Elana!

    Hi Elana,
I ordered your book a while back and am eagerly awaiting its arrival! I want to thank you for all you’ve done to help all of us who have taken the step to go grain-free and more in some cases. After reading Dr. Davis’ book, Wheat Belly, in December 2012, yours was the first book I ordered besides his cookbook. Yours and your blog recipes have become my “go-to” sources. Our church congregation LOVES your Primal Chocolate Chip cookies. I LOVE your recipes! Thank you!!!
