Boulder Bookstore Signing

Last night’s signing at the Boulder Bookstore was a blast.  First, because it is our local bookstore.  The boys and I walk down there and hang out skimming books at least once a week.  And last night was no different –we walked to the signing!

It was so special to talk about and sign my book just a few blocks from my house at the store we frequent regularly.  In fact, I feel a bit sentimental about it. I also really liked that my children and husband were there.  This was the first signing that they attended as prior ones were held in New York while they were back here in Colorado.

The boys sat up at the little podium-like table with me during the talk/Q & A session and were super helpful.  In addition to that my favorite part of the signing was meeting each person individually and chatting with them as I signed their books.  So many lovely people were there.

All in all a great signing and many thanks go to the Boulder Bookstore for hosting it.

  1. Thank You SO Much for the book signing Elana! Went home with some new knowledge about the Gluten Free lifestyle, and some tasty new recipes. In fact, I cooked up the Salmon Dill Patties recipe for supper last night and they were delicious. I think this weekend will be full of testing some of your baked goods recipes, I can’t wait! Mmmmm.

  2. If you ever get down to Texas, let us all know so I can get my book signed too! Sounds like you’re having such a busy time with this book tour, but it’s always refreshing to have a signing such as this, when family is present and you’re at home.

  3. I totally wish I could’ve gone! I am a senior at CU and have following your blog for quite some time now, but I alas I had a physics test last night and couldn’t make it. I hope to get your book soon. Your site is beautiful by the way.

  4. I just got your book in the mail today! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! It’s wonderful! I am reluctantly gluten free and find that most gluten free products are unappealing while the recipes require ridiculous varieties of special ingredients. I already have the ingredients to make almost every recipe in your book.

  5. How fantastic! That’s my kind of book tour … where you can walk to your favorite bookstore, are surrounded by family and old friends from the store, and are making lots of new friends. :-)

It’s so much fun to follow you around on your book tour …
