Chicken Stock

full fat coconut milk

lemon juice,
fresh squeezed

ginger

celtic sea salt

stevia
Instructions
In a
vitamix
, combine pumpkin, chicken stock, and coconut milk
Process on high until smooth
Blend in lemon juice, ginger, salt, and stevia
In a
4 quart soup pot
, bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat until desired consistency
Serve
