Instructions
In a
food processor
pulse together coconut flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger
Pulse in eggs, pumpkin, honey, shortening and stevia
Transfer batter into a
paper lined
muffin pan
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
