Low-Carb Buckeye Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Fluff

cup
creamy peanut butter
½
cup
palm shortening
2
tablespoons
maple syrup
½
cup
water
¼
teaspoon
celtic sea salt
¼
teaspoon
vanilla stevia
Chocolate Ganache
1
cup
chocolate chips
⅓
cup
palm shortening
⅛
teaspoon
vanilla stevia
Instructions
Bake the brownies and let cool 1 hour while making peanut butter fluff
Place peanut butter, shortening, maple syrup, water, salt, and stevia in a
one quart mason jar
Use a
hand blender
with whisk attachment to blend until smooth
Transfer fluff to top of brownies, spreading until smooth
In a
saucepan
over very low heat, melt chocolate, shortening, and stevia
Pour chocolate ganache over peanut butter fluff
Refrigerate 30 minutes to let chocolate firm up a bit, then slice
Refrigerate 30 more minutes so chocolate can set
Serve
