Ingredients

blanched almond flour (not almond meal)

golden flaxmeal

baking soda
¼
teaspoon
celtic sea salt

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

large eggs

hot dogs
,
cut into 1 inch pieces
Instructions
In a
food processor
combine almond flour, flaxmeal, baking soda, and salt
Pulse in vinegar and eggs
Transfer batter 1 tablespoon at a time to a
paper lined
mini muffin pan
Place one piece of hot dog into each muffin cup
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes
Cool 15 minutes
