sliced into strips

olive oil

celtic sea salt

salted marcona almonds
chopped
Instructions
Use a
vegetable peeler
to make squash and zucchini ribbons
In
medium bowl
, toss squash, zucchini, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt
Allow to marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour (I have served mine immediately)
Sprinkle with almonds
Serve
