Ingredients

water

tablespoon
ground
roasted dandelion root
1
tablespoon
ground
roasted chicory root
1
tablespoon
cacao nibs
½
cup
full fat coconut milk
Instructions
Place water, dandelion, chicory, and cacao in a
saucepan
Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 5 minutes
Pour coffee through a
fine mesh strainer
into a
one quart mason jar
Fill two glasses (2 cup capacity each) with ice
Pour coffee over ice
Add 2 tablespoons coconut milk to each glass
Serve
