Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a

Stir in riced cauliflower, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper, chili, and cumin
Add chicken stock
Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently for 30 minutes or until liquid is cooked down
