Ingredients

blanched almond flour (not almond meal)

egg white protein powder

teaspoon
celtic sea salt
⅛
teaspoon
baking soda

tablespoons
orange juice
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
½
teaspoon
vanilla stevia
½
teaspoon
orange extract
¼
cup
macadamia nuts
,
toasted
¼
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
In a
food processor
, combine almond flour, protein powder, salt, and baking soda
Pulse in orange juice, maple syrup, stevia, and orange extract until dough forms
Transfer dough to a piece of
parchment paper
Work macadamia nuts and chocolate chips into dough evenly
Form dough into two 5x2½-inch logs, 1-inch tall
Transfer to a parchment lined
baking sheet
Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes until bottom is golden brown
Remove from oven and cool 1 hour on a
cooling rack
Cut on diagonal into ¼-inch thick slices
Place slices on a
parchment paper
lined
baking sheet
Bake each side for 5-7 minutes
Cool for 30 min
