Ingredients

dried apricots
½
cup
boiled water
½
cup
salted butter

tablespoon
vanilla extract
1
pinch
celtic sea salt
Instructions
Place apricots in a shallow bowl, pour boiling water over them and let sit for ½ hour
Place apricots and their soaking water in a
food processor
and process on high for 1 minute, until apricots are smoothly pureed
Add butter, vanilla and salt and puree another minute, until all ingredients are well blended
Serve on
