of water, swishing leaves to remove dirt
Rinse kale under fresh water
Dry kale on
cloth towels
Chop kale into 1-inch wide strips
Discard bottom of the stems, do not remove ribs
Place chopped kale in a cloth or
paper towel
and in a
ziploc bag
