Ingredients

baked pumpkin or squash

cup
full fat coconut milk
1
tablespoon
ground cinnamon

fresh chopped
ginger
¼
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
¼
teaspoon
vanilla stevia

cups
ice
garnish with whipped cream or whipped coconut cream
Instructions
Place baked pumpkin, coconut milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and stevia in a
vitamix
Blend on high speed until smooth
Blend in ice until smooth
Pour into 2 glasses and serve; top with with coconut cream or whipped cream if desired
