Instructions
Tear the head lettuces (radicchio, frisee, and butter lettuce) into bite size pieces

large bowl
, combine head lettuces with arugula

, shake olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined
Toss salad with half of dressing, or more to taste
