Marble Fudge




  • Heat butter over medium heat in a saucepan until golden brown
  • In a food processor, pulse cashews to a very fine meal
  • Process in salt and stevia
  • Remove lid and pour in butter; process until smooth
  • Transfer mixture to an 8 x 8 inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle chocolate over mixture, then swirl
  • Freeze for 60 minutes
  • Serve
