I use Arm and Hammer baking soda in just about all of my recipes for baked goods. I have not tried these recipes using any baking soda other than this brand.
Baking soda is a staple in my house. I keep a box in the fridge and a box in the freezer. It’s also fabulous, when used with white vinegar and boiling water, for unstopping clogged drains. Because it is so handy, I keep a couple of boxes of baking soda in the pantry –for cooking, and a couple of boxes in the laundry room closet for multipurpose uses around the house. I always have a little ramekin of baking soda on the counter, so that it is in quick and easy reach when I am making a recipe.
