I use almonds and almond products quite frequently in my recipes. My favorites are almond butter, almond flour, and almond milk.

Almonds are high in monounsaturated fat and fiber, and contain significant levels of vitamin E, magnesium, and potassium. They are heart-healthy and low on the glycemic index. Besides that, they are delicious.
