My Ginger Lime Mocktail is made with 4 ingredients total! This drink marries spicy, healing fresh ginger with tart lime to make an incredible drink.

What is a Mocktail?

Ginger Lime Mocktail = Liquid Superfood

This sparkling zesty drink trades alcohol in for a liquid superfood. The ginger is full of anti-oxidants, good for digestion, and is also anti-viral and anti-fungal.  The lime juice is packed with vitamin C and bioflavonoids. So instead of taxing your liver, you’re filling yourself up with anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Perfect for Your Healthy Celebrations

I make this easy, healthy mocktail whenever we’re celebrating, but it’s so healthy you can drink it everyday! I love using health boosting ingredients like ginger and lime in my easy paleo recipes!

  1. Oh this sounds SO good! Even without the stevia (I don’t like things sweet) and maybe with a little more ginger (I love a good kick.) I might use juiced ginger rather than zested. How refreshing! Must try!

  2. I like the idea of a “mocktail.” I also like the idea of not drinking alcohol, as I’ve noticed my occasional glass of wine has been happening more often lately. Need to start “mocktailing” and this looks and sounds so refreshing. Like a fancy limeade. Love it. Hope you’re having a wonderful June.
