These recipes are so simple that the easiest one has 2 ingredients, while the most challenging has only 9 ingredients total. I have a silly question though! Why do magazines and recipe creators say that a dish contains only 4 ingredients when it contains 7? Do salt, pepper, and olive oil not count as ingredients? In my recipes they do.

I am new to your website and recipes. Can you tell me a substitute for “egg white protein powder” as I cannot find it in our small Saskatchewan city? Looking forward to trying your recipes.

Diane, I haven’t tried making my recipes without egg white protein powder when called for so not sure what to substitute for that. Feel free to experiment, or if you click the green text in the ingredients portion of the recipe that say “egg white protein powder” you can order it online, that’s what I do :-)

Elana are you really feeling better eating keto? I have celiac and was grain free for years. Then did keto/primal for 2 years and initially I felt better, lost weight, re-set my body. But then I started feeling like all the animal protein was slowing my body down and I was becoming too acidic? I missed fruits and starchy veggies. I was tired of watching my carbs so much, especially with real unprocessed food. So now I’m in the midst of trying to figure out what will work for my body. It seems to me that most cultures in the Blue Zone are more plant based and eat more of a variety of foods. Where are you in your journey?

Betty, same here. I “cheat” on my keto diet with some green juices and extra salads and feel really good that way. I don’t eat fruit often (other than berries very infrequently) and I don’t eat starchy veggies :-)

I´ve lost count of how many times I´ve forwarded your 2 ingredient chocolate pudding recipe!! It is so good and easy to make… I have some in my fridge all the time and I´ve suggested to all my friends to do the same… I haven´t succeeded with the paleo bread… yet… it is too dense for me… but I want to try the bagels soon..

my husband Charles and I love your cornbread recipe!! I add 2 tsp of sweetleaf coconut stevia too it and it really tastes wonderful! I love the fact that it turns out perfect EVERYTIME!
