Thanks for doing another giveaway! I’ve always wanted a Vitamix (who doesn’t??). I have been following your blog for a long time. Didn’t know you were on FB so thanks for sharing that link! I was just telling a newbie GF friend of mine about your blog. Her first GF baking attempt she used Almond flour and it flopped. I told her about your blog and all the amazing recipes!!

I’ve always wanted a vitamix, but I have made your recipes with my processor.
I am especially fond of your breakfast bars, since I cannot find energy or breakfast bars with ingredients that I not allergic to!
Thanks for inspiring me to bake again.

LOVE your thoughtful and clearly explained recipes. I need a days base recipe app since I refer to them so often. A Vitamix would be a wonderful addition to helping improve my health. Thank you.

    Hi Elana,

I am always eager to read your blog and follow your creative healthy recipes. I recently discovered, while on a shopping trip to Costco, the almond flour your recommend for many recipes at a good price. So I thought your readers would like to know they can snag a bargain too.
Costco also sells Vitamix, but it’s still a luxury item even at the Costco price-point.
To that end, I’d love to have the convenience of a Vitamix and hope that I might be the lucky one!
Keep up your mission and the good work that supports it.
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Chanukah too.

    Cheers,

    Sandi

I love your recipes. They are easy and delicious! I am feeling left out too because I am not on facebook since my account got hacked into. I have been wanting a vitamix for a long time but hesitate because of the cost. Would love it if there was a way for non-facebook users to have the chance to win your wonderful giveaway.
Happy Holidays to you and your family.

People think they are increasing their business by using facebook … they just don’t realize how many of us they alienate by this type of offering. Giving things to people on Facebook and not making that available to those of us who can’t stand facebook is rude and inconsiderate!

Believe it or not, not everyone is on Facebook. I read your posts, recommend your recipes, and would love to win a Vitamix, but apparently do not qualify due to my computer habits.
