These hearty breakfast bars remind me of a granola bar or an omega-3 packed power bar. They’re filling and tasty.

I love gluten free granola; sweet and crunchy, it always satisfies a good snack attack.
I also get a kick out of using the term “granola” to ridicule my Boulder brethren.
