Have you ever wondered how to make lemonade? It seems like such a simple thing. Until you actually try to do it. Making lemonade from scratch is fantastic for a bunch of reasons.

Here are some easy recipes for a gluten-free Memorial Day barbecue.
This year we are laying low on Memorial Day Weekend. The boys are going to run in the Bolder Boulder race and then we’ll probably hang out after that. I have been guzzling gallons of my favorite summer beverage during this hot spell. It’s another easy one, and better yet, has no sugar or artificial sweeteners.
How’s that possible? See for yourself…
2 quarts water
¼ cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
4 dropper-fulls stevia
Fill a 2 quart mason jar with water, almost to the top, leaving 2 inches of space for other ingredients
Add lemon juice and 4 dropper-fulls of stevia
Serve cold, over ice, with a slice of lemon
