Fruit juice-sweetened Gummy Bears are ideal as an after-school snack and work just as well for Halloween.

Nothing like fresh green vegetables to boost your health and happiness –this salad is a great choice any time of year!

This high-protein chicken dinner (full of cauliflower and olives) is a wonderful Paleo one pot meal.

When chilly weather arrives the boys ask for Paleo Apple Tart with Pecan Crust on a nightly basis.
Cold weather means apple pie (or some version thereof) in my house. Our favorite is this cinnamon-spiked apple tart encased in a pecan crust. Since my boys go gaga for anything involving baked apples, this gluten free apple tart with a high protein, grain free crust doesn’t last long around here.

This Rosemary Lemon Chicken has become my go to dinner dish this summer. In fact, I’ve been making it a couple of times a week and loving it, as has my family –children included. After making too many gluten free angel food cakes and being left with more egg yolks than I knew what to do with, I decided to make this lemon gluten free pudding. It’s quick, sweet and refreshing.
Lemon Pudding Parfait
12 egg yolks
¼ cup agave nectar or honey
pinch celtic sea salt
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup heavy cream
