My younger son is a big fan of my Chipotle Orange Chicken and asks me to make it on a weekly basis. Since it’s perfect grilling weather, I decided to make a version of this recipe with chicken breasts that could easily be thrown on the grill –just in time for when they arrive home from baseball practice.

I confess. I ate the photo shoot. I made a huge salad this afternoon, drizzled it with Green Goddess Dressing and proceeded to devour it. The food prepared for photographing was instead inhaled. As in, scarfed immediately.
Now normally, I’m a fairly disciplined person, so this was a bit odd. Maybe I exercised a little too hard this morning and worked up a bigger appetite than usual. Maybe the dressing is delicious on a hot summer’s day. Who […]

Each year my husband requests a special dish for his birthday. Last year it was chicken parmigiano.
Classic chicken parmesan goes gluten free when chicken breasts are coated in almond flour. This chicken recipe can be a staple in every gluten free chefs repertoire.
Even though we are on different diets, in my home we partake in one family meal. This way, we come together energetically – we share the same space, breathe the same air and eat the same food.
