Guacamole Deviled Eggs are a huge hit in our house. The boys (now teenagers if you can believe it!) and their friends love this healthy after school snack. I love that it’s high protein and full of healthy fat.

Guacamole is a favorite dip in our family. This guacamole recipe is healthy, and with only seven ingredients, so easy that my boys and their friends often make it as an after school snack. All you need is ripe avocados, lime juice, red pepper flakes, cilantro, chili, chipotle, and salt.

This super healthy Asparagus Basil Salad is a not just nutritious, it’s a treat for the palate. Trust me, it’s delectable, especially right now using wonderfully ripe vegetables at peak season. This is a super easy avocado dip that you can whip up in mere minutes. There is no chopping (of herbs) required, because it is made with spice.
When I don’t have a lot of time to make dinner, this is a go to dish. I get one of the boys to do the avocado cutting and scooping while I chop up carrots and celery to accompany this dip. It’s a nice filling side along with a main dish and salad.
