I’ve been slightly obsessed with rosemary lately. I put it in everything and just can’t seem to get enough of this delicious herb. My latest rosemary victim? Gluten free Lemon Rosemary Mini Muffins made with coconut flour.

When I was in New York a couple of weeks ago, I found a recipe for Mulberry Granola that was raw, vegan, gluten-free and made of mulberries and walnuts. It was absolutely delicious, though just a bit sweet for my palate.

I have been craving some good, healthy, tasty, gluten-free Bran Muffins for quite some time. Finally, thanks to flaxmania (I’m on a string of flax recipes this week) here it is.

These gluten free Pumpkin Pie Muffins are, of course, a favorite of my younger son. When he was little, he ate so much pumpkin and winter squash that he turned a slightly orange hue. Luckily, he’s back to normal now.
I often forget how much I love cooking with pumpkin until fall arrives. Well, fall is back and I have been using this vegetable with a vengeance.

I love gluten free granola; sweet and crunchy, it always satisfies a good snack attack.
I also get a kick out of using the term “granola” to ridicule my Boulder brethren. However, when I’m feeling earthy, dousing myself in patchouli (which my husband dislikes to no end) I can easily apply the term to myself –even though I’m more of a yuppie than a hippie.
