Sunflower seeds are a good source of vitamin E, as well as a range of healthy minerals; they are also low in cholesterol.

I use sunflower seeds quite a bit in my newer recipes, as sunflower butter (which is made from sunflower seeds) is a fabulous replacement for nut butters, and hence a great food for people with nut allergies.
